You have 7 days from when you receive your order, to request a return. You will only be eligible for a return if you order has been damaged or there is a fault, if we have sent you the wrong order in which you had requested i.e style, colour or size. We will not accept refunds for a change of mind. If you are accepted for a refund we will arrange for a courier to collect your trainers the next day free of charge and only once we receive the trainers back, you will be refunded.

You have 7 days from when you receive your order to request an exchange. If once you receive your order you decide you want a different style colour or size we will be happy to exchange, we will arrange for a courier to collect your trainers the next day, you new order will be dispatched upon collection.
